Vol. 308 No. 6

Written Answers. - Meath Postal Deliveries.

472.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if the provisions of section 56 of the Post Office Act, 1908, which make it an offence to wilfully delay or detain post, are being breached, in so far as post destined for Enfield, County Meath, is being accepted by the post office but is not being delivered in Enfield.

I am legally advised that the Department are not in breach of the Act.
