Under the provisions of the Transport Act, 1950, CIE may prepare and submit to me for approval superannuation schemes covering CIE employees.
I assume that the Deputy is referring to the CIE wages grades amending superannuation schemes to provide, under certain conditions, for early retirement of wages grades employees. I hope to have consideration of the proposed amendments to the schemes completed shortly.
