When will the Supplementary Estimate be brought before the House for debate?
This is a token Estimate and if leave is given to introduce it I can give a brief explanation of its purpose. At a later stage we can debate it more fully.
If the Taoiseach wants to introduce it now, I shall have a few words to say on it.
