asked the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy in respect of the IDA, the IIRS and CTT: (a) total wages and salaries; (b) social insurance and superannuation contributions paid by the body; and (c) average number of employees, in each of the last three years for which the information is available.

asked the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy in respect of ESB, Bord na Móna, Irish Steel Holdings Limited, Nítrigin Eireann Teo., Ceimicí Teo.: (a) the trading profits or surplus; (b) provision for taxation; (c) interest paid; (d) net profits; (e) total wages and salaries; (f) social insurance and superannuation contributions paid by the company and (g) average number of employees, in each of the last three years for which the information is available.

Most of the information sought by the Deputy is included in the annual reports and accounts of these bodies which are available in the Dáil Library. However, on this occasion for the Deputy's convenience, I have set out all the information requested on the attached statement.
