Agreement on terms has been reached between Dublin Corporation and the Commissioners of Public Works for the sale of a site at Marlborough Street, but the transaction has not yet been completed.
It is proposed to build offices on the site for the accommodation of Government staff and the corporation are aware of this proposal.
I am not aware that the corporation have any proposals to build houses on the site.
