asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will arrange to have disability benefit paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork and the reasons she has not received same for some weeks.

Payment of disability benefit to the person concerned was discontinued from 18 June 1979 as medical evidence of incapacity had not been received. All benefit due to 7 July 1979 has now been issued.
