Order of Business.
On the Order of Business, I wish to move that the Second Stage of the Ombudsman Bill, 1979, be referred to Private Members' Time.
Since this is a Private Bill the Second Stage, under Standing Orders, must be taken in Private Members' Time. Therefore the Deputy should move that the Second Stage be taken in Private Members' Time.
I move: "That item No. 1 on today's Order Paper be taken in Private Members' Time."
