Vol. 315 No. 11

Written Answers. - Castlebar General Hospital.

130.

asked the Minister for Health when it is intended to appoint extra nursing staff to the General Hospital, Castlebar, and the number of appointments to be made.

An application for further nursing staff for Castlebar General Hospital is at present being considered in conjunction with other proposals received for additional staff in the health services.

It is expected that decisions on these proposals will be made shortly. It is not possible, in advance of these decisions, to say what extra staff will be approved for Castlebar General Hospital.
