asked the Minister for Education when sanction will be given for the extension to Innishannon National School, County Cork.

Evidence of title to an addition to the school site has not yet been furnished by the school authorities or agreement reached regarding the local contribution. In the circumstances it is not possible to consider giving sanction for the proposal at this stage.

asked the Minister for Education when sanction will be given for the extension to Clonakilty Boys' National School, County Cork.

I understand from the Commissioners of Public Works that they will be in a position to accept a tender for the proposed extension to this school at an early date and that they will be in communication with the school management in the matter.
