I should like to know the qualification necessary for authorised officers.

Question proposed: "That section 1 stand part of the Bill."
This is a normal definition section which identifies the Minister for Agriculture as the implementing Minister and certain of the Minister's officers will have certain duties under section 6. Such officers will first have to be authorised in writing by the Minister.
