Vol. 315 No. 14

Written Answers. - Athboy (County Meath) Vocational School.

165.

asked the Minister for Education the number of the prefabricated classrooms in use at Athboy vocational school, County Meath, the length of time they are in use; if they have been inspected by the Department or the VEC, and the plans to replace them.

There are five prefabricated classrooms in use at Athboy vocational school. Two were provided in 1966, two in 1969 and one in 1972.

I understand that this accommodation has been inspected by representatives of the County Meath Vocational Education Committee.

There are no specific proposals to replace these classrooms in the immediate future.
