asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange for payment of a new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.

This application was made under the former scheme of new house grants and one of the conditions of payment of this grant was that the applicant must occupy the new house on completion. As the applicant continued to live in the old farm house and his parents occupied the new house, a grant may not be allowed. The applicant was notified accordingly on 23 October 1978.

This application was made under the former scheme of new house grants and one of the conditions of payment of this grant was that the applicant must occupy the new house on completion. As the applicant continued to live in his old house and the new house was occupied by his son, a grant may not be allowed. The applicant was notified accordingly on 14 July 1978.
