I assume the Deputy is referring to the Community Directive on the marketing of compound feeding stuffs, adopted by the Council on 2 April last, a copy of which is in the Library of the House. I am at present considering the measures to be taken in this country to implement the directive, which becomes operative on 1 January 1981.
