The licensee is at present making final arrangements to drill a well in the Kish Bank Basin. I expect that drilling will commence within the next couple of weeks.
During the drilling operations my Department will receive regular progress reports and within three months of the completion of the drilling we will be sent final reports which will include a complete appraisal of all information gathered.
