asked the Minister for Education if he has received a report from the Higher Education Authority on the future development of third level education in the Dublin area and if he will ensure that one of the proposed regional technical colleges for Dublin will be located in Dún Laoghaire.

The report from the Higher Education Authority to which I referred in my reply of 12 July 1979 has not yet been received. As I previously stated, the needs of the Dún Laoghaire area will be taken into account when the report becomes available and is being considered in my Department.
