I move: "That the Order for the Second Stage of the Local Government (Superannuation) Bill, 1979 be discharged and that the Bill be withdrawn."
It is proposed to introduce the Bill in the Seanad.

In view of the fact that this is a non-contentious Bill, it should have been introduced two years ago. It is ridiculous to be giving that type of work to the Seanad.
