Vol. 316 No. 12

Written Answers. - Telephone Service.

434.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will arrange to have a telephone installed at the new district veterinary offices at Boreenamanagh Road, Cork, and if priority will be given in this case.

Arrangements are already in train to meet this application.

435.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the date in 1980 in which telephones will be provided to applicants in Broadford Hill and Broadford Walk, Ballinteer, Dublin 16.

It is not possible to give the exact dates. It is expected that service will be provided for most of the applicants shortly after completion of the necessary cabling works in about six months' time. Provision of service for the remaining later applicants may, however, not be possible until early 1981 when additional exchange equipment is installed.
