Irish Film Board Bill, 1979: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of a Board (to be known as the Irish Film Board) to assist and encourage the development of a film industry in the State, to empower the Board to provide grants, loans and guarantees of loans for the making of films in the State, to define its other powers and functions and to provide for other connected matters.
