The training programmes operated by AnCO and CERT Limited are open to both women and men. In addition, AnCO has organised training courses specifically to cater for women who wish to take up employment, or to return to work.
It is my policy to encourage the participation of women in training for jobs which hitherto have been mainly, or exclusively, held by men.
