I have designated the National Manpower Service of my Department as the competent authority to discharge the functions referred to as envisaged in the EEC Council Decision of 16 July 1979.
I have the reply to the supplementary that Deputy Horgan asked me earlier as to the agency in relation to the National Manpower Service.
Perhaps the Minister would send it to me in the post.
