As contract documents for this sewerage scheme have not been approved by me and, as I have been informed by Kilkenny County Council that they proposed to finance stage 1 from their own resources, the question of my approval of the acceptance of tenders for this section of the scheme does not arise. My Department have informed Kilkenny County Council accordingly.
