I have approved the preparation of a scheme for incremental credit on certain conditions in respect of teaching service abroad. It is anticipated that in accordance with the provisions of such scheme the teacher in question may be given incremental credit with effect from 1 June 1979 in respect of his teaching service in Zambia between March 1976 and November 1978. The preparation of the scheme is being expedited as much as possible.
