An application for a free telephone rental allowance from the person concerned was approved by my Department on 6 November 1978. His application was then forwarded to the Department of Posts and Telegraphs for attention with regard to the installation of a telephone. When a telephone is installed the rental allowance will apply to the telephone account involved.
