(a) The amounts shown relate to the year of the operations for which European Social Fund aid has been paid and not to actual dates of receipt of payments. Fund assistance relates primarily to current expenditure but grants are also payable towards depreciation of buildings used for training purposes.

(b) Relates to calendar year 1973.

(c) Relates to nine months April-December 1974.

(d) Claims for further payments from the fund in respect of the years 1977, 1978 and 1979 are outstanding.
