When is the site likely to become effective? When will the building of the school commence? Is there any specific date for commencing building operations?
The tentative plan is for the provision of the school by 1984.

Can the Minister say will it be a community school or some other kind of secondary school?
As of now I could not say.
Is the Minister saying a decision has not been made to provide a community school? If not, will the local people be consulted?
