I move:
That notwithstanding the provision in Standing Order 48 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business that no member shall re-open a discussion on a question already discussed during the preceding six months, the motion for the second reading of the Ombudsman (No. 2) Bill, 1979, may be moved and discussed forthwith.
