The Committee of Selection reports that it has discharged Deputy Michael Herbert from the Joint Committee on the Secondary Legislation of the European Communities and has appointed Deputy Eddie Filgate in substitution for him; and that it has discharged Deputy Charlie McCreevey from the Joint Committee on State-Sponsored Bodies and has appointed Deputy Michael Herbert in substitution for him.
