It is assumed that the Deputy is referring to the proposed improvement of landing facilities at Portevlin pier. Work is expected to commence at Portevlin in 1981. The proposed scheme includes extension and enlargement of the pier, dredging including rock excavation, erection of a stormwall and provision of inset ladders, bollards, mooring rings and lighting.
