This year's Estimate for my Department includes £21 million for livestock headage grants in the disadvantaged areas. Some £16 million of this amount is earmarked for cattle headage grants. I hope to announce shortly the amount of off-farm earnings to be taken into account in determining eligibility to participate in the headage schemes this year.
