asked the Minister for Agriculture when a farm modernisation grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

There are two grants at issue in this case. One of these has been paid and the other will be paid shortly.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange for payment of a farm modernisation grant which was certified some time ago to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The grant will be paid shortly.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason a headage grant has not been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

A difficulty occurred in the processing of this application because of the issue of a new herd number consequent on a change of address by the herd owner. This difficulty has now been resolved and arrangements have been made for the payment of the grant.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason for the delay in the payment of a farm modernisation scheme grant to a person (details supplied) in County Cork, and when payment will issue.

There are two grants at issue here. These grants cannot be paid until notification that the approved works have been completed is furnished to my Department by the applicant and the work has then been inspected and passed.
