The ground force elements of the reorganised Permanent Defence Force consists of four Brigades and an Eastern Command Infantry Force together with the staffs, depots, supply, administrative and other units required to cater for these forces and for the reserve. The FCA has been reorganised on a Command basis with a special staff in each Command.
