Vol. 323 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions . Oral Answers . - National Concert Hall .

2.

asked the Taoiseach if he is aware of the grave concern among the interested parties that there is no management structure in existence in respect of the national concert hall at Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin; and if it is intended to appoint (a) trustees and (b) a board of directors.

: The Government are establishing the National Concert Hall as an independent company limited by guarantee with a board of nine members appointed on a five-year basis. I will shortly be announcing the membership of the board.

: Does the date I was given earlier for the opening still hold?

: There has not been any change.
