andMr. Harte asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when an efficient telephone service will be provided for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

andMr. Harte asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware that the nearest public telephone to the townland of Collon, Carndonagh, County Donegal is three miles away; and if he will provide a public telephone in the townland of Collon as a matter of urgency.
