There was no undue delay in this case. The dealing was lodged on 9 May, 1980 and was completed on 7 November, 1980. It concerned the transfer of part of a folio and as such had to be mapped. Queries in the matter were issued to the solicitors on 12 August and 28 August and a reply to these matters was not received by the Land Registry until 3 October.
