Supplementary Estimates, 1980. - Casual Trading Bill, 1980: Financial Resolution.

I move:

That provision be made in the Act giving effect to this Resolution for enabling the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism to charge a fee of £100 (or, in certain cases specified in the said Act, of £5) or such other amounts as the said Minister of the Government may fix by regulations on the grant by him of a licence (known as "a casual trading licence") authorising the holder of the licence to engage in casual trading."
