asked the Minister for Finance if, further to the publication of the Estimates for Public Services for the year ending 31 December 1980 (Prl. 8815) in which a total of £375 million is given for capital services and £2.602 million for other services he will state: (a) the additional amounts by which the capital services and other services were increased arising out of his Budget statement in 1980 and (b) the further additional amounts by which both these services have been increased by way of the supplementary estimates passed by Dáil Éireann to date or which are likely to be presented to Dáil Éireann before the Christmas recess.
