The education activities promoted by adult education organisers with specific duties related to the arts are financed from the general financial resources available to the vocational education committees. It is a matter for vocational education committees to make appropriate arrangements in accordance with the provisions of circular letter No. 42/79 of Lúnasa 1979 to formulate plans in accordance with which the adult education organisers would discharge their functions.
