The grant was paid on 17 February 1981. As requested by the applicant, the grant was paid into his bank account.

As the work in this case was commenced within ten years of the payment of a previous grant the present application must be considered in the context of the special second grants which are available only for limited categories of work. The Department's inspector has been asked to ascertain if the works carried out come within these categories. The work was not completed when the house was inspected last month.
