Payment of this grant cannot be made until an inspection establishes that the work has been satisfactorily completed and evidence of planning permission is furnished. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible. Reconstruction work was not completed when the house was inspected on 24 October last and the installation of sewerage services had not then been commenced.
