asked the Minister for the Environment if he will give the date on which a reconstruction grant of £600 will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 29 and 30 together.
It is not possible to give the exact date for payment of the reconstruction and water and sewerage grants, as the papers in this case are currently with my Department's inspector. If and when an inspection establishes that the works have been satisfactorily completed and are eligible for grants payment will be made as soon as possible.
