asked the Minister for Energy the average fuel cost per unit of electricity generated by the ESB before transmission on the grid for the last three years in respect of which information is available given in the form of a reply to a parliamentary question on 15 February 1979 extended for gas fired stations.

The information requested by the Deputy, as furnished to me by the ESB, is as follows:
