To date my Department have received £9,741,698 from the EEC Social Fund. These receipts which were related to expenditure on schemes financed from the Vote for Vocational Education were appropriated in aid of that Vote in each year as follows:
1974, £696,606; 1975, —; 1976, £1,074,031; 1977, £743,393; 1978, £1,794,600; 1979, £1,892,862; 1980, £1,814,330; 1981 (to date), £1,725,876.
