asked the Minister for the Environment if a grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Dublin in respect of the installation of windows at her residence.
There is no record in my Department of the receipt of any application for a house Improvement grant from the person named and as 1 February 1980, was the final date for the receipt of such applications, no grant will be payable.
