I am informed by the Industrial Development Authority that the 24,000sq. ft. advance factory for Gorey will be built and owned by a private developer. The factory will be leased to the IDA or to an IDA grant-aided project.
The IDA expect that proposals will be received shortly from a developer for the construction of the factory, following which planning permission will be sought. Construction will commence when planning permission is received.
