asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will arrange for the immediate payment of disability benefit to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary.

The person concerned claimed disability benefit from 23 June 1980 and has been paid from 26 June, fourth day of incapacity, at the maximum appropriate rate. Payment of all disability benefit due has been made to 31 March 1981.

He is not entitled to pay-related benefit on his claim.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will arrange for the immediate payment of disability benefit to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary.

The person concerned claimed injury benefit from 20 January 1981 in respect of an accident at work on 16 January 1981. He has been paid from 20 January at the maximum appropriate rate.

All injury benefit and pay-related benefit due to 30 March 1981 has issued.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will arrange for the early payment of unemployment assistance to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary.

Arrangements have been made to pay all unemployment assistance due to the person concerned this week.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will arrange for the early payment of unemployment assistance to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly.

The entitlement of the person concerned to unemployment benefit will be decided when certain necessary inquiries are completed. It is expected that the investigations will shortly be finalised and a decision will be made as expeditiously as possible.
