My Department does not receive any money from the European Social Fund. I understand that the Industrial Development Authority, Shannon Free Airport Development Co. Ltd. and Kilkenny Design Workshops Ltd., recoup from the social fund up to 55 per cent of the total expenditure by these bodies on the training of workers in industry.
