107.

asked the Minister for Education if he is aware of the urgent need for a new vocational school at Castlerea, County Roscommon, that the present school was opened in 1936 to cater for approximately 30 pupils and that at present over 206 students are located in a number of buildings, some of which were condemned as school accommodation many years ago; and if he will make a statement on his plans for a new school in Castlerea.
