Clearance of the site of the former Central Hotel, Bundoran, County Donegal, is primarily a matter for the owners of the site. However, having regard to the impending public inquiry into the circumstances of the fire at the hotel it is evident that there should be no interference with the site pending clarification as to whether any further investigation of the premises is required and agreement of the persons holding the inquiry to the carrying out of any works proposed.
