Vol. 328 No. 10

Written Answers. - Knocklyon (Dublin) School.

295.

asked the Minister for Education if he will bring forward the schedule for the new Knocklyon school, Dublin to ensure that it will open in time to avoid problems for parents, whose children will be leaving the local primary school next summer.

It is not necessary, and it would not be feasible, to bring forward to 1982 the date of the opening of the proposed new second level school in Knocklyon. Pupils leaving the Knocklyon primary school in 1982 can be accommodated in the new school at Killininny, Firhouse, which is scheduled to open in September 1982.
