asked the Minister for Agriculture when he proposes to bring the western package into operation in full.

The measures involving Rural Water Supplies, Agricultural Roads, Land Improvement, Agricultural Production including Calf to Beef Scheme, Agricultural Training, Agricultural Marketing and Processing are already in operation.

The Minister for Fisheries and Forestry has already announced that the forestry scheme will apply from the start of the 1981-82 planting season. Free technical advice is available from the Forest and Wildlife Service of his Department.

The Minister for Energy has responsibility for the electricity scheme which will be administered by the ESB. Application should be made to the local offices. Further details of the scheme will be advertised shortly.
